Creating a Simple Armature

“I will demonstrate how to create an armature for a stuffed toy puppy using basic techniques. As it’s a toy, it doesn’t need to be anatomically perfect. We start by completing a simple armature, then add paper and secure it with tape. After that, we apply clay for more detail and use additional wire for the ears. Another video will feature the use of wooden tools for further detailing.” This summer I will be giving a workshop in creating simple sculptures for all ages at Martin Fine Art Classes in Encinitas, CA.
